  • WHERE CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
The package can be returned to a fast courier company (excluding post office). Through the post office, the transport can exceed the 14 days in which the package must reach us, which is why the exchange or withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible.
    • HOW LONG, AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER, CAN I MAKE THE RETURN?
    The return must arrive at our headquarters within 14 calendar days, starting from the day you received the package.
      • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TRANSPORT IF I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
      If you want to make a return, you must bear the cost of transport (round trip if it's an exchange of product). Transport is free only for initial orders.

          • HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
          When you want to receive a refund for a product purchased on our website, you must provide us with your bank details (IBAN + BIC / SWIFT & ACCOUNT HOLDER) in the return form (CONTRACT EXIT FORM).
            • HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
            From the moment we receive and verify the return, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days.
