Răchiți, Zona Industriala, floor 1, office no. 1, having unique registration code 37295920, tax attribute RO, established and operating in accordance with the normative acts in Romania, owner of the online store www.madebysociety.com , having the correspondence address regarding the online relations between the Trader and the Consumer in Romania, Ilfov county, place Caldararu, str. Oxigenului no. 1D, Dept. Online "Made By Society" and e-mail online@madebysociety.com, we inform you that the purchase of products from this online store has the nature of a sale-purchase contract in a simplified form and concluded at a distance (online). .

  Mainly, this sales report is attested in the first phase based on the acceptance and confirmation of your order by our company, and later based on the fiscal purchase invoice that is handed over to you together with the purchased products. The contract produces effects starting from this moment and until the completion of 14 calendar days from the moment when the ordered products were received by you or, as the case may be, by a third party recipient that you indicate to us, other than the carrier, as far as which is not applicable to another legal provision among those provided in this regard.

Product replacement

We hope you like the products you buy from Made by Society and that they live up to your expectations!

However, considering the fact that the satisfaction of our own customers is one of our main objectives, starting with the moment when you came into possession of the ordered products, we come to your support by offering you the opportunity, within a period of 14 calendar days, to proceed to replacing the products purchased from the online store, by filling in the attached form as a model of this information. The form we refer to, accompanied by the product whose replacement is intended and the xerox copy of the tax invoice attesting to its purchase, must be sent with declared content (product type and purchase invoice number/date) and the possibility of opening the parcel at the addressee to check the content , within the period of 14 calendar days indicated above, at the address Diaconu Agriplant Srl – Made By Society, Online Department, Romania, Ilfov county, loc. Caldararu, Oxigenului street no. 1D. In the sense of what is specified and within the limit of available stock from the date of receipt of the request, the replacement of the desired products will be carried out under the conditions that they meet the conditions/compliance requirements similar to those from the moment when you or the recipient third party came into possession of the products shipped by our company. 

In the context of the cumulative fulfillment of the compliance conditions/requirements that we refer to in this section regarding the replacement of the product, we see that they are for example: the product must not be in whole or in part dirty, modified, degraded, damaged or destroyed, traces of wear or washing of the product must be retained and no unpleasant odors, the labels or inscriptions of the product must be intact, the fulfillment of any other conditions/compliance requirements existing at the time of taking possession of the product in question. The product can be tried on but cannot be worn. The finding will be made by our staff when we receive for verification the products for which you wish to exercise the right of replacement. We would like to inform you that unsealed items of clothing regarding underwear, socks and face coverings cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection. We inform you about the impossibility of making the return in the cases expressly provided for in the law in this regard.

In the context of fulfilling the requirements and conditions provided in the previous paragraph, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product whose replacement is intended, accompanied by the xerox copy of the fiscal invoice certifying its purchase and the replacement form, within the limit of available stock, we replace the product, depending on your request, with another type, model, similar or different size (depending on your request), having a price at least equal to that of the previously purchased product that is the subject of the replacement procedure. Any round-trip transport cost (only if you opted for a different transport method than the standard one practiced by the trader) - return by transport services with the opening of the package upon delivery for the purpose of verification and the positive price difference between the product intended for replacement and the replacement one will be borne by the consumer, unless our company exercises its right to bear individually, fully or partially, these costs. We mention that the products for which the right of replacement is exercised cannot be sent by regular postal services that do not allow the package to be opened to be checked by our company at the time of delivery.

Withdrawal from the sale-purchase contract

 

Starting with the moment when you took possession of the ordered products, you have the possibility, within a period of 14 calendar days, to express your right of withdrawal in whole or in part from the contract according to the legal provisions in force, by filling in the corresponding information of an unequivocal declaration (see model form B in Annex No. 1 of this information). The form we refer to, accompanied by the product whose return is intended and the xerox copy of the tax invoice attesting to its purchase, must be sent with declared content (product type and purchase invoice number/date) and the possibility of opening the package at the addressee to check the content , by courier services of your choice, within the period of 14 calendar days, indicated above, to the address Diaconu Agriplant Srl- Made By Society, Online Department, Romania, Ilfov county, loc. Caldararu, Oxigenului street no. 1D. In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In the sense of what is specified, the return of the desired products will be carried out under the conditions in which they meet the conditions/compliance requirements similar to those from the moment when you or the recipient third party came into possession of the products shipped by our company.

Following the fulfillment of the requirements and conditions stipulated in the previous paragraph, within 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the withdrawal form accompanied by the product in respect of which the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract is requested and the xerox copy of the fiscal invoice attesting to the purchase of the product in the case, we reimburse you the consideration paid on the basis of the related fiscal invoice. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period. In any case, we can postpone the refund until the date when we receive the products back in the same condition as when we delivered them to you.

To the extent that it is possible for us, we will refund the amount thus owed using the same payment methods as those used by you in making the initial transaction. For example, in the case of paying for the returned products by card/voucher code method, we will return their value based on a new voucher card or voucher code. If you paid for the returned product by a combination of bank card and card/voucher code, the amount will be reimbursed first on the credit card, proportional to the amount paid by this method, and the rest of the amount to be refunded will be added to a new gift card/voucher code delivered to you. To the extent that this is not possible on our part, by reading this information note and ordering the desired products, you express your consent regarding the reimbursement of the amount owed to the bank account indicated by you in the withdrawal form.

You are responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from manipulations, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products, as well as for any round trip transport costs (only if you have opted for a different transport method than the standard one practiced by our company )- return by transport services with the opening of the package upon delivery for the purpose of verification, except in the event that our company will exercise its right to bear individually, fully or partially, these costs.

We mention that the products regarding which the right of withdrawal from the contract is exercised cannot be sent by ordinary postal services that do not allow the package to be opened to be checked by our company at the time of delivery.

The terms we refer to in this Consumer Information Note are expressed in calendar days. The term for withdrawing from the contract or replacing a product runs from the day after you received the ordered products. If the last day of the term is a non-working day, the term is extended until the next working day.

This information note is valid exclusively for the purchase of products from our company's online store and may differ with respect to other procedures applicable to our physical stores. Before placing an online order, please read this return policy in its entirety.

By submitting an online order, as a consumer, you expressly agree with the presented return policy, the replacement/withdrawal form presented as a model in Annex 1, as well as with all additional costs that could be charged to the consumer, these being part of the conditions of the sale-purchase contract in simplified form concluded with our company.
